Here we go again

Tomorrow Italy is playing Scotland at Murrayfield.  Last time we went up there we came away with a win, and again, this match is considered by many – in primis by the Italy coaching staff, the only game we might be able to win.

And once again, as Giorgia pointed out, head-coach Nick Mallett chose to field some players in other positions than their usual ones: Andrea Marcato, who’s a stand-off, at full-back and  Mirco Bergamasco, center, at wing. At least this time there won’t be flankers at scrum-half.

Talking about scrum-halves… will sideburned Paul “Wolverine” Griffen be able to keep the pace with one of the top 5 players of the year, Scotland scrum-half and captain  Mike Blair?

Once again, captain Sergio Parisse, will be called to lead by example.
