Danny Grewcock

Danny Grewcock

There’s no player who can be happy to be sidelined, but Danny Grewcock seems to be as downhearted as ever, while watching his team-mates losing at the Rec from the archrival Gloucester. The first win for the Cherry-and-Whites on Bath soil in 20 years!

Danny will be out of the game for two months to recover from the surgery on the bicep injury he suffered during the first half of the 24-16 home warm-up win over Llanelli Scarlets.

The injury, which is similar if not more severe, to the one he suffered at Newcastle early on last season, will also keep him out of the start of Bath Rugby‘s Heineken Cup campaigns. 😦

Hopefully he’ll be back by November. Fingers crossed!

    Get well soon Danny!

p.s.: my blog’s server is kaputt (on maintenance, they say, still they didn’t want, only got a “server maintenance” message some 40 mins after it all crashed, what with people asking *me* “what did *you* do to your blog? you’ve messed up with MySQL and php, haven’t you?“… humph.). Facebook apps aren’t working properly. Anything else on this already way too blah day?

  2. that was “they didn’t *warn*”.

  3. Come on Giorgia, it’s a bright sunny day! 😉
